Mobile detailing software: online booking for detailers
Okayset is online booking software for mobile and auto detailers. Customers book a service and a time from your link in under a minute; Okayset adds travel time after every job, only accepts addresses in your service area, sends reminders, and lets you clear a rainy day with one message. It runs in the browser on any phone, and is free during the beta.
Travel buffers per service
Set a 30-minute gap after a full detail so the next job is reachable. Buffers are enforced on the server, not just in the booking widget.
Weather-day rescheduling
Customers move their own booking with a link in their confirmation email, within the cutoff you choose.
One calendar for the whole crew
Each technician keeps their own hours. Customers can pick a person or take the first one available.

A booking page your customers actually finish
Put your Okayset link in your Instagram bio, Google Business Profile or website. Customers choose a service, a technician or “anyone available”, a day and a time, then enter their name and email. No account, no app. While they type, the time is held for them, so two people can’t grab the same slot, and every booking is checked again on the server before it’s saved.
What your customers see →Travel time between jobs, built in
Give each service a break after it, for example 30 minutes after a full detail. That time never shows up as bookable, so the next customer can only book once you can realistically get there. Different services can have different lengths and breaks: a quick exterior wash doesn’t need the same gap as a ceramic coating.
Services and buffers →Only bookings you can reach
List the postcodes or ZIP codes you cover; the first digits are enough. Customers enter theirs before they see any times, and if it’s outside your area they get your message instead, for example a phone number to call. The postcode is checked again when the booking is made. This works on every plan, including Free.
Service area →Know the car before you arrive
Add your own booking questions, such as car make and model, how dirty it is, or a gate code. Answers appear on the booking in your calendar. Booking questions are part of the paid plans (and free during the beta).
Booking questions →Rain days without twenty phone calls
When the weather turns, choose “Clear a day” in your calendar. Okayset cancels that day’s bookings, sends every customer your note with a link to pick another time, and blocks the day so nobody books it again. If a slot opens up on a busy day, customers on the waitlist hear about it.
Clear a day →Fewer no-shows
Customers get a confirmation straight away and an email reminder at the time you choose, from 1 hour to 2 days before. Every email has a private link to reschedule or cancel within your rules, so people who can’t make it move the booking instead of not showing up.
Reminders →One calendar for the whole crew
Each technician has their own hours, days off and services. Customers can pick a person or take the first one available, and you see everyone’s day side by side. If you keep a personal Google, Outlook or Apple calendar, its busy times block your booking page automatically.
Connect your calendar →Regulars on repeat
Let regular customers book a series in one go, like every two weeks for three months, and send a thank-you email with a link to your review page after each visit. Both are part of the paid plans (and free during the beta).
Repeating bookings →What Okayset doesn’t do yet
- Online payments and deposits
- Text message (SMS) or WhatsApp reminders: reminders are by email
- Quotes, invoices and job photos: Okayset keeps customer details, notes and history, not your books
- A native iPhone or Android app: it runs in the browser and can be added to your home screen
Questions detailers ask
- Is Okayset a detailing CRM?
- Partly. It keeps each customer’s contact details, notes and booking history, but it doesn’t do quotes, invoices or payments. Most detailers pair it with the invoicing tool they already use.
- How much does it cost?
- There’s a Free plan for one person. Paid plans are €12 a month (Solo), €29 (Team, up to 5 people) and €69 (Business), the same numbers in US dollars, excluding VAT or sales tax. Everything is free during the private beta, with at least 30 days’ notice before any billing.
- Do my customers need an app or an account?
- No. They book from your link in any browser with just their name and email, and manage the booking from the link in their confirmation.
- Can I stop bookings from outside my area?
- Yes. Set your service area as postcode or ZIP prefixes. Customers outside it see your message instead of the calendar. This is included on every plan.
- What happens when it rains?
- Use “Clear a day”: the day’s bookings are cancelled with your note and a rebooking link, and the day is blocked for new bookings.
